We understand that, from time to time, you may be unable to attend your dental appointment and might need to cancel or arrange for a reschedule.

If you are unable to keep to your appointment, or if you need to reschedule, please contact us (by a telephone call, by WhatsApp or via an email) as soon as possible.

Each appointment slot is reserved exclusively for only ONE patient at a time. Your appointment duration is determined by your treating dentist to suit the treatment required. This allows our clinical team to deliver the highest quality dentistry in a timely manner.

Cancellations and Appointment Changes

Due to the extreme difficulty in filling appointment slots at the last minute, we require that

  • Appointment Cancellations
  • Appointment Rescheduling
  • Last minute changes to the planned treatment that was previously agreed upon for your scheduled visit,

be put in at least 48 hours beforehand, to avoid a cancellation fee. Please refer to the table below for the relevant charges.

This fee is separate and in addition to your total treatment bill (for late changes to treatment). Payment via interbank transfer is required within 3 days of the missed appointment.

NO fee will be incurred for cancellations/ rescheduling/ treatment changes – over the phone or in person – occurring 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time.

Booking Deposit

For new patients, if you are unable to attend your consultation appointment and have given less than 48 hours notice, a booking deposit ($50) is required if you need a new appointment.

If you have paid a booking deposit ($200), this will not be refunded should you cancel less than 48 hours beforehand. Should you wish to rebook the appointment, we will require a separate and additional booking deposit.

Due to high demand, ALL Saturday appointments (including new patient consultations) require a $50 booking deposit. This should be received no later than 48 hours of making the appointment (only for phone/WhatsApp bookings) to secure the appointment. Your appointment will be released to another patient on our Saturday priority list if we do not receive the booking deposit on time (payment in clinic or via electronic bank transfer).

Such booking deposits must be made in full to secure your chosen appointment.

Why booking deposits are necessary?

As a boutique dental clinic, our clinic has limited slots available. Leaving a booking deposit helps you secure dedicated treatment time with your selected dentist.

There are limited basement carpark lots available in Orchard Building. The parking rate is $1.30/30 mins from 6.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. For Saturdays, charges are the same as weekdays. Nearby parking is available at TripleOne Somerset, 313 Somerset, Cineleisure.
